BBQ Boot Camp is not the 2012 Olympics but close for participants
Day Two of the three BBQ Boot Camp may not have been like the 2012 London Olympics but was close for the participants! This class, one of two put on every year by Charcoal and More and taught by Hal Wagner, owner and Chris Marks, President of Three Little Pigs, Rubs and Sauces. The class has been attended by people who have no experience with smoking meats and was also attended by people who are either KCBS competition BBQ’rs or caterers. Despite the varied experience, all of the participants were involved in a “hands-on” class experience where they all prepared their own BBQ entrees and were treated to world class BBQ prepared by Chris, himself, right off the grill. The great news is that their BBQ was prepared in the very same way and last night, they got to take theirs home and sample their to find out they could do the very same thing with just a little help!
