We recently had the opportunity to cook a double – crown pork roast and it was just awesome! Not every store offers this kind of product and our local partner for meat, Preferred Meats put two roasts together, sewing them together at each end making a much larger roast! The most interesting part of this is that it was so easy and the flavor was absolutely marvelous!
