It is official, the Saturday – Sunday BBQ Bootcamp classes scheduled for August 17th and 18th are almost full! The exception to that is that there are
2 1 seat for Saturday covering ribs & chicken and 3 2 seats left for the Sunday class covering Butts and Briskets. That’s OK as a lot of people are looking for some skill building in these two items as they are pretty proficient in chicken and ribs already.
Now, the important thing is that for those of you who are lamenting not being able to attend, we have started what we call our “ADD” BBQ Bootcamp! That’s for people who can’t stand to be in a class for very long! The Friday evening class is from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and will cover all four meats meaning ribs, chicken, butts and briskets. Chris Marks is our instructor for this class as well and does a great job of presenting this material in rapid fashion. In honor of this being a Friday night, this can be a BYOB event for you if you so desire.
