Breakfast Sausage Fatty
Ingredients:
2lbs Breakfast Sausage
8 Eggs – Scrambled
½ Cup Shredded Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Roll out your sausage to make a flat surface
Place scrambled eggs and cheese in center of sausage
Roll the sausage into a log shape around the eggs & cheese
Place in smoker @ 350 degrees for 1 hour or until sausage is cooked through out.
Rest for 10 mins then slice.
We like to serve ours over a sliced warm baked biscuit covered with a milk gravy.
