Smoked Pork Loin
Ingredients:
1 Med Sized Pork loin
4-5lbs Dark Brown Sugar
1 oz Ground Ginger
3 oz BBQ Maestros Whites Seasoning
Instruction’s:
Mix the Ground Ginger and BBQ Maestros Whites Seasoning together and apply to both sides of the pork loin.
Pack the Dark Brown Sugar around the pork loin cover, and refrigerate overnight (Approximately 12 – 18 Hours)
Prepare your Smoker – Heat to a temp of 250° - 275° Use your favorite wood. (BBQ Maestros wood of choice is Cherry)
Pull out the pork loin, it will have a syrupy texture.
Place in preheated smoker and cook until the middle of the pork loin reaches a 155°
Remove from Smoker, Slice and Enjoy
Refrigerate any unserved pork loin
