Breakfast Sausage Fatty

 

Ingredients:

  • 2lbs Breakfast Sausage

  • 8 Eggs – Scrambled

  • ½ Cup Shredded Cheese

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions:

1.       Roll out your sausage to make a flat surface

2.       Place scrambled eggs and cheese in center of sausage

3.       Roll the sausage into a log shape around the eggs & cheese

4.       Place in smoker @ 350 degrees for 1 hour or until sausage is cooked through out.

5.       Rest for 10 mins then slice.

We like to serve ours over a sliced warm baked biscuit covered with a milk gravy.
