Smoked Chex Mix

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Corn Chex cereal

  • 2 cups Rice Chex cereal

  • 2 cups Wheat Chex cereal

  • 1 ½ cup mixed nuts

  • 1 ½ cup Cheerios

  • 2 cups small pretzels

  • 2 cups bugles

  • 2 cups cheese crackers

  • 2 cups bagel chips

  • 8 tbsp butter

  • 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tsp onion powder

  • 1 ½ tsp BBQ Maestros White's Special Seasoning

  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix cereals, nuts, pretzels and bagel chips.

Add melted butter and seasonings to cereal mixture and stir until evenly coated.

Spread out on cookie sheet and smoke at 250 degrees for 45-60 minutes.

Turn every 15 minutes.

Best to store in an air tight container
