Smoked Chocolate Covered Bacon

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb thick cut bacon

  • 1 lb almond bark

  • 1 cup white almond bark (optional)

Instructions:

Heat The Good-One Smoker to 250 degrees.

Place bacon strips on an aluminum pan or place bacon directly on smoker shelves.

Smoke at 250 degrees until crispy. You do not want soft or chewy bacon. Set aside to cool.

Melt almond bark in a double boiler or using your preferred method for melting chocolate. Heat until smooth and no lumps are found.

Dip smoked bacon in chocolate and set on wax paper. Leave to cool and dry.

Optional: Melt white almond bark and drizzle over bacon for a decorative effect.
