Lambert Sweet Rub O'Mine Apple Chipotle
Apple Chipotle Rub creates a unique combination of sweet apple and rich chipotle flavor to be used as a rub seasoning before cooking, a layer of flavor or as a finishing dust on your favorite bbq meats. This spicy combination was created for pork but also works well with chicken and on cheese. Created by Mark Lambert of Sweet Swine O Mine winner of Memphis in May in 2009 and 2013 and winner of world champion pork shoulder in 2005, 2008, 2009 and 2013, these rubs are made and used by champions in BBQ.
INGREDIENTS: Spices including chipotle pepper, cane sugar, apple powder, smoked paprika, salt, dehydrated garlic, mustard seed and not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
