Pico De Gallo

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 Medium Sized Ripe Red Vine Tomatoes

  • 1 Bunch/Bundle Fresh Cilantro

  • 1 Medium Onion

  • 3-4 Seedless Jalapenos

  • 1 Fresh Lemon for juicing

  • Salt (to taste) 

Instructions:

Core and dice tomatoes (about ¼” in size)

Dice the onion

Dice the Jalapenos

Finely Chop the Cilantro

In a large bowl add the diced tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, and cilantro. Squeeze the juice from the lemon into the mixture add salt (to taste).

Mix all ingredients together, and serve on your favorite Mexican Street Tacos.
