Do you want to learn how to smoke delicious, competition-quality Ribs, Chicken, Butts and Brisket with instructor Chris Marks of Three Little Pigs BBQ team?! Chris, an 9-time American Royal Grand Champion, will take you through the entire smoking process and cover topics such as different types of smokers and common mistakes when smoking.

Time: 10 am – 3 pm , Saturday and 10 am – 3 pm , Sunday
Because C & M must purchase perishable meat, all fees are non-refundable. If classes have less than 12 students, C & M reserves the right to cancel and refunds will be issued. Classes will be held RAIN OR SHINE

BBQ-Bootcamp is hosted by Charcoal and More twice a year. This is an excellent training opportunity for everyone from “newbies” to competition cookers. Hal Wagner and Chris Marks teach the class and Chris is a 9 time world championship winner!!
