Local Flavor Wood - Cherry

This locally kiln-dried flavor wood adds a fruity aroma and flavor to virtually everything. Probably the most popular but under rated of the fruit woods. Produces an AMAZING burgundy color smoke ring, but may turn poultry skin too dark.
