Leggo Mi Queso

Ingredients:

  • 5lbs Velveeta Cheese

  • 1lbs White Queso Velveeta Cheese

  • 2 12oz Cans Ro-tel

  • 1 lbs Homemade Sausage – Chorizo or Breakfast Sausage

Instructions:

  1. In a large roast cooker, slow cooker, or in a pan on the smoker, mix all ingredients together and melt cheese. Stir occasionally keep on a low heat to keep cheese from firming up while enjoying,

  2. Dip your favorite style tortilla chip and enjoy!

  3. *If using a roaster cooker or slow cooker, use a water bath to keep cheese from sticking
