A reconfigured offset, the firebox is positioned on the front of the Open Range and includes its own cooking grate, allowing you to grill right over the burning coals. The smoking chamber is located above and behind the firebox to maximize airflow for indirect cooking, so you can to smoke everything from Texas brisket to St. Louis ribs. An adjustable damper separates the two chambers, allowing you to precisely control the temperature and maintain a consistent heat throughout the cook. Made in America
